Permanent deletion
When you delete your account, all of your data is actually erased from our database immediately. There is no “marked for delete” period, no soft delete, and no recovery. This action is irreversible.
Before you begin
- Ensure you have managed any upcoming appointments you no longer wish to keep.
- If you need records or invoices for your own files, download them first.
How to delete your account

1) Open Personal Information
From the top pill on the home screen, tap Personal Information.
—or— open the Profile page via the bottom navigation. -
2) Press Terminate Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the Terminate button.

3) Confirm deletion
Read the confirmation dialog carefully and tap Confirm. Your account and data will be erased immediately.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication data
- Appointments, preferences, and clinic selections
- Any collaborative or shared items tied to your account
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no archive, no retention queue, and no recovery option.
After deletion
You will be signed out. If you return to AIde in the future, you can create a new account at any time.

If you can’t access your account but need it deleted, contact support: support@aide.example. For security, we may ask to verify ownership of the account before processing a deletion request.
